A Time for Renewal
Happy 2007 to you!
The beginning of a new year presents us with an excellent time for renewal. Of course, you don't have to limit yourself to January 1st - you should strive for daily renewal. (And don't forget that the Mortality Manifesto is the perfect tool for daily renewal!)
For this edition of Mindful Moment, I want to present some good advice that I received in a newsletter from the Institute of HeartMath.
