We spent this weekend at a friend's cottage. A portion of Sunday afternoon was spent just sitting by the water enjoying the sun and watching our respective children throw stones into the lake.

At one point, someone asked, "Is anyone wearing a watch? What time is it?"

Out of six adults, not a single one of us was wearing a watch!

I walked over to a sundial that I had noticed earlier near the boathouse. "It's somewhere between five and six," I said. And the great thing was - that answer was good enough for us!

There's definitely something to be said about being able to live on "sundial time". I highly recommend it!
