Today, February 8 2004, marks 18 months since my son was born!

Over the weekend, my wife and I spoke to friends of ours who just had their first child last Thursday. As the proud new father told me about the blessed event, my mind instantly went back to the day that I stood in the delivery room and watched my son enter this world.

When we got off the phone, both my wife and I reminisced about our early days of parenthood. As we watched our son race around the room calling to "momma" and "dada" we were amazed to think that it has already been eighteen months!

My friends, my message to you today is very simple:

(Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go hug my son!)
