Today, I have a short but extremely important message for everyone.

In a previous edition of "Mindful Moment" I mentioned that we shouldn't wait for anniversaries to celebrate our relationships. Today, that article came back to me as my wife left on a business trip that takes her out of the country for a week. Although I like to think that my "mindful" attitude keeps me from taking our marriage for granted, I will admit that I probably don't tell her often enough how much I love her. (Can anyone really hear that too often?)

So please do yourself a favour... tonight I want you to give an extra big hug to all those that you love. Make sure they know how you feel - today and everyday!
